The HUTECH Brain (“the Service”), at ai.hutechrobotics.com, is a private internal application provided by HUTECH Robotics Ltd for use by its authorised staff. By accessing the Service you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

Access is limited to authorised HUTECH personnel for legitimate business purposes — managing sales, service, rentals, invoicing, and related operations. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorised parties.

Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online) at the direction of an administrator. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. The Service accesses such platforms only with the scopes an administrator authorises, and acts on HUTECH’s behalf.

Data

Handling of data, including data retrieved from connected platforms, is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind. HUTECH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies and is published on this page.
