How much does it cost to rent a restaurant robot in the UK?
Hutech hospitality robots rent from £490 per month excluding VAT on a 24-month term. The BellaBot Delivery robot is £510/month ex VAT, the Dish Collection robot £590/month ex VAT and the Marketing robot £490/month ex VAT. BellaBot works out at around £17 a day before VAT.
Do I have to buy the robot?
No. Hutech robots are supplied on a 24-month rental rather than a large upfront purchase. Maintenance and support are included throughout the rental term.
What is included in the rental?
Maintenance and support are included throughout the 24-month rental term. Hutech will confirm the delivery and venue setup arrangements for your location before you enter an agreement.
What happens if the robot develops a fault?
The rental is fully serviced. Hutech maintains and supports the robot throughout, so a fault is our problem to fix, not yours.
Which robot is right for my venue?
BellaBot runs food and drinks from the pass towards the table; the Dish Collection robot helps carry used plates back; and the Marketing robot can greet guests and present promotions. A free venue demonstration helps establish which workflow and model are suitable for your floor.
How much staff time does a robot save?
Hutech's illustration assumes 4 hours of repetitive carrying per day, 7 days a week, valued at £13 per hour. That is about £18,928 a year, or £1,560 in a 30-day month. It is an illustrative staff-time value, not a guarantee of payroll or headcount savings.
Does a restaurant delivery robot replace staff?
No. BellaBot supports repetitive food-and-drink carrying routes. Your team remains responsible for hospitality, guest care, order accuracy, safe service and the parts of the customer experience that need human judgement.
Are the rental prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All Hutech robot rental prices shown on this page exclude VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
How long is the rental term?
The Hutech robot rental term is 24 months. Maintenance and support are included during that term.
Which areas does Hutech currently serve?
Hutech currently offers demonstrations and service approximately within one hour’s drive of Manchester. Submit your venue postcode and the team will confirm whether it is within the practical service area.
Can I see a robot working in my restaurant before deciding?
