Up and running in three simple steps

How robot rental works

From a free demo on your own floor to a live robot on service, Hutech rental is designed to be simple: see it work first, agree a 24-month rental with maintenance and support included, then let the robot take the carrying.

The three steps

  1. 1

    Book a free venue demo

Send your venue postcode through the demo form or call us. We confirm you are within the practical service area (approximately one hour’s drive of Manchester) and agree a time. We then bring the robot to your venue and run it on your actual floor, between your actual tables, with your team watching. No obligation.

  2. 2

Choose your robot and agree the rental

Pick the robot that fits the job: the Delivery Robot (£510/month ex VAT), the Dish Collection Robot (£590/month ex VAT) or the Marketing Robot (£490/month ex VAT). The term is 24 months. Before you enter an agreement we confirm the delivery and venue setup arrangements for your location, so there are no surprises.

  3. 3

    Delivery, setup and ongoing support

The robot is delivered and set up for your floor as agreed. From then on, maintenance and support are included for the whole term. If the robot develops a fault, that is our problem to fix, not yours.

What to expect from the demo

The demo is the honest test. We map a route on your floor, send the robot on real runs from the pass and let your team see how it handles your layout, your table spacing and your pace of service. You will see where it saves steps and where it does not. If the layout does not suit a robot, we will tell you.

It costs nothing and there is no obligation. Most venues decide on the day whether it is worth a rental.

During the rental

  • Maintenance and support are included for the full 24-month term.
  • Faults are fixed by Hutech. You are not left arranging your own repairs.
  • The robot supports your team on repetitive carrying. Guest care, orders and safe service stay with your people.

Questions about the process

What is included in the rental?

Maintenance and support are included throughout the 24-month rental term. Hutech will confirm the delivery and venue setup arrangements for your location before you enter an agreement.

What happens if the robot develops a fault?

The rental is fully serviced. Hutech maintains and supports the robot throughout, so a fault is our problem to fix, not yours.

Can I see a robot working in my restaurant before deciding?

Yes. For venues within the practical Manchester-area service territory, Hutech offers a free, no-obligation demonstration on your floor so your team can assess the robot in the real layout. Submit the form with your postcode to request one.
